Product & Licensing

What's the difference between OEM and Retail licenses?

OEM licenses are tied to the first computer they're activated on and cannot be transferred. Retail licenses can be transferred to different computers (though usually only one at a time). We primarily offer retail licenses for maximum flexibility.

Do the software keys expire?

Most of our software keys are perpetual licenses that don't expire. However, subscription-based products like Canva Pro and antivirus software with annual plans will expire after the subscription period and need renewal.

Can I use the software on multiple devices?

This depends on the specific product license. Most individual licenses are valid for one device only. Some products like Quick Heal Total Security allow multiple devices. Please check the product description for specific device allowances.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to receive the product?

Most of our products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases where manual verification is needed, it may take up to 2-4 hours during business hours.

What if I don't receive my key after purchase?

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your order details, and we'll resend your key immediately.

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the key hasn't been used and you're unable to activate it. Once a key has been successfully activated, it cannot be refunded due to the digital nature of our products.
